perpetual contracts, as well as the opportunity to get a tier upgrade to enjoy
lower fees on USDT-Margined perpetual and delivery contracts.

Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s eligibility from the
promotion if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash
