experience 'Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action' errors when
attempting to request eAPI endpoints. In addition, universal transfers between
Binance Spot and Binance Option will be temporarily suspended for the duration
of the system upgrade.
Options trading will not be impacted during the system upgrade.
